Caramel Toasted Coconut Stars - Milk Chocolate

Milk chocolate during daylight hours, dark chocolate at night! The soft vanilla caramel is mixed with finely shredded and sugar-toasted coconut form the South Pacific and put in a "Star" molded shell. The result is one of my favorites, not just because of the flavor... but also the texture!
