Chocolate Souffle Layer Cake Gluten Free

The chocolate souffle is a rich blend of chocolate, eggs and technique! I make them about 1/2 inch thick, and use 4 layers of souffle for a cake. The frosting is a true butter-cream, in that it has only chocolate, butter and cream. Only the smallest of slices - this cake can feed up to 20 or more. Can be shipped frozen, store pickup preferred.
