Raspberry Buttercream Tort Gluten Free

This room-temperature dessert is made of similar ingredients as the center of our truffles. This is a very rich, elegant dessert that will feed 16 to 20 people easily. The bottom layer is merangue crumbs, the first and top layers are dark Belgian chocolate, and the center layer is made from Belgian white chocolate and raspberry juice.
