Little discs of butter candy, dipped in chocolate and wrapped in foil. I never liked Buttercrunch or Toffee until I had to make it. I used Cabot Butter from Vermont and turbinado sugar from Hawaii. The result was an intense flavor that I never had from a Skor bar! This Buttercrunch has been praised by plenty of Londoners, and I just assume the populous of London knows Toffee.
