Ganache Tort - Raspberry

Very thin slices, because this is so chocolatey people will break out in a sweat. For real. The tort is made of three layers of ganache on top of a layer of chocolate cookie crust. The center layer holds the flavor, in this case Raspberry. I squeeze raspberries in to white chocolate and cream. The top and bottom layers are made of chocolate and cream.
