GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
The essence of Unbridled Chocolates is freshness and so we will do everything within our power to ensure that your confections arrive in perfect condition.
You must order a minimum of $20 in merchandise for EACH address.
Unbridled Chocolates will make every effort to ship all orders received before 1pm EST, Monday thru Thursday, the same day they are received. 2nd day air packages only ship Monday thru Wednesday.
No orders will be shipped on Friday without special arrangement.
We will ship by Overnight and 2nd Day in the Winter (Nov. - April) and only Overnight in the Summer (May - Oct.)
Ground shipping is available for New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusettes & Connecticut.
If you elect to ship by ground we may correct your shipping method, without notice, and charge you the difference.
Polyfoam coolers are available for shipping to hot climates.
When necessary, but particularly during Summer months, your order will ship with gel ice in the cooler.
Alaska and Hawaii: Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can only ship by 2nd Day and Next Day Air. Unbridled Chocolates will add $10 to the scheduled shipping price per package.
We are unable to ship outside the United States, to APOs or FPOs.
Unbridled Chocolates may contact you about changes to your shipping arrangements as necessary.
Unbridled Chocolates is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipients and addresses.
Shipping rates are charged per address.
Unbridled Chocolates is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.
Unbridled Chocolates is not responsible if a package is delayed by the shipping company and does not arrive by its designated date.
