Dark Mint Truffle

I use European Mint because it is a little "mellower" on the mouth. This mint makes friends with the chocolate, rather than taking over. Smooth Belgian ganache in a dark chocolate shell. Excellent any time of day. BTW- I am told that these mints take the metallic taste away from those undergoing chemotherapy. Very interesting.
